Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks.

Please note the following:

  • We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges on Socks : For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks once the purchase has been made.

  • Damaged or Defective Products : If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@strechis.com or via contact us within 10 days of receiving your order .
    In your message, you must include clear photos of the damaged product, along with a brief description of the problem.

    • You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us in order for your return or exchange to be processed. The RMA will allow us to review and approve the return or replacement of the damaged product.
    • Returns or exchanges will not be approved without an RMA.

Once the RMA is issued, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the damaged product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without an approved RMA.
